With over 20 years of experience in arts education, nonprofit leadership, and creative production—including directing Off-Broadway—Andrea is deeply committed to fostering meaningful arts opportunities for students and the community.
Andrea is also the Founder and CEO of The New York Website Designer LLC. Her work has earned national recognition, including multiple honors as Best Web Designer in New York City.
She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Theatre from New York University and a BFA in Theatre from Adelphi University. Andrea was honored to be a 2026 Women Making a Difference Community Volunteer Honoree presented by the Junior League of Monmouth County for her leadership of the TFMPA.

Jamie Hanley is a licensed professional counselor and longtime Monmouth County resident with a deep-rooted passion for creativity and the arts. A former theater kid, Jamie brings a lifelong appreciation for self-expression and inclusivity into both personal and professional endeavors. She holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and is also an author. In addition to her clinical work, Jamie serves as Vice President of the Tinton Falls Music Parents Association, actively supporting arts education and community engagement. Her work reflects a strong belief in the transformative and healing power of creativity and emotional connection.
